Day 53: Covid Business Boost Tao-Yuan, Bao-Bao and Lio: Cara Stadler Rocks!!!

DAY 53: Tao-Yuan, Bao-Bao and Lio June 5th

In Maine, for the longest time it seemed impossible to get really good Chinese food.
I'm talking, really good with fresh ingredients.

My boost for today is for a group of restaurants that have brought amazing Chinese food to Maine!
Thank You Cara Stadler for your culinary expertise & for choosing Maine.
Years ago, my first bite @Tao Yuan Restaurant my taste buds & spirits soared.
I know, lofty words and for good reasons.
A few weeks ago, we had a take out lunch for 4 and as always, the taste buds were singing loud & proud.

It's hard to find the stats, and she maybe be the 1st woman in Maine to own & operate 4 restaurants.
Probably safe to say that in Maine, she is the 1st Chinese American lesbian to own 4 restaurants & a new aquaponic farm.
Bao Bao, always tasty for a late afternoon snack of dumplings with a nice crispy fray on them & cocktails.

Lio Restaurant, I friggin love this place!
The food is inspirational!
And the dessert chef...mindblowing.

The 4th is a new cafe in Brunswick, located street level & underneath the new aquaponic farm!
